Ningbo Jinhui Precision Casting Co., Ltd., founded in 1995, is a joint-stock enterprise integrating investment precision casting, precision forging and machining. It is located in Jia Village, Yunlong Town, Ningbo, more than 20km away from the Oriental Port _ Beilun Port, 10km away from Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway, 20km away from Ningbo International Airport, enjoying convenient transportation. The company has about 400 employees including 27 technicians and quality controllers with intermediate and senior professional titles. The design software such as AutoCAD, Solid works and Pro/E is used. Our company was certified to TS16949, ISO9001 and MCC. The products are precision castings and forgings such as plain carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel castings, etc., which are applied to train parts, auto parts, engineering machinery, building machinery, chemical machinery, coal mine machinery, marine machinery, etc. Our company is facilitated with complete physicochemical and mechanical property testing equipment such as 60KN tensile machine, 30KN tensile machine, impact testing machine (normal temperature~-60â), Brinell/Rockwell hardness machine, magnetic powder/ultrasonic fault detector, Spectro spectrometer, X-ray flaw detector, three-coordinate measuring machine, casting simulation test system, etc. We have six casting production lines with an annual production capacity of 7, 000 tons of precision castings. 95% of our products are exported to Europe, America, Australia, the Middle East and other countries and regions. Eight forging lines, 1600T, 630T and 400T screw press and friction press with an annual production capacity of more than 5, 000 tons of precision forgings. In addition to machining equipment such as large machining center, CNC lathe, normal lathe, miller and planer, our company has heating processing equipment with an annual processing capacity of more than 10, 000 tons of castings and forgings.
