We are converting the waste rubber to useful rubber material through our state of the art rubber recycling technology. The end product "Nexrubber" rubber renerated by this technology is more then 85% soluble in toluene solvent and gel account for the remaining 15%. This indicates that most polysulphidic linkages have been opened up.The end result, Nexrubber retains more than 80% of dynamic and physical properties of the rubber, with the added advantage of being able to vulcanized Nexrubber with further addition of chemical such as sulphur and accelarator. By blending with virgin compound ranging 10% to 50% of Nexrubber, the resultant vulcanizing display superior properties at sgnificantly lower cost using only virgin rubber compound. The products can be produced by Nexrubber compound are car mat, automotive part, retread tyre, golf grip, shoe soles etc.
