Nantong Yiyu Equipment And Sports Co., Ltd. is a global manufacturer and supplier of a wide range of dumbbells, free weight and kettle bells. With 19 years' experience in blowing plastic field, we have advanced automatic machines and many skilled staff members. Some of our products have achieved national patents. ISO9001-2008 quality system certification was applied in 2012, BSCI social audit certification was applied in 2015. We have done OEM services for many famous brands, such as "York" , "Gymstick" , "Crane", "Carrefour", "Universal", "TKO" and so on.

Keeping abreast with the latest advancement in technology, and strongly backing by engineers and technicians, Nantong Yiyu designs & develops several new products per year. Some of our products have obtained national developing patents. In addition, with our own mould workshops and powerful tooling & blowing capabilities, we are able to handle OEM & ODM projects quickly with low cost.

With around 100 skilled workers, 5 sets of automatic blowing machines, 12 sets of semi-blowing machines and more than 30 sets of assistant machines, our monthly capacity is 1200 tons (around 600000 pieces). The lead time can be as short as 15 to 20 days for repeat PO. Only food grade safety plastic materials can be used in our production. Guided by ISO9001 standard strictly throughout the management process, we have granted our experienced staff the opportunity to tightly control our product quality throughout the production process since our inception.
