Product
We manufacture various precision die cut for optical films such as liquid crystal, plasma, organic EL, solar battery and for medical, aircraft, ship and communication
tools. Also, produce die cut for automotive related parts.
Especially, our up-date products advanced are as follows.
(1)Precision die cut for thin film for ultra fine processing (Thichness : 20-50 micron)
(2)Ultra precision die cut for touch panel
(3)Precision die cut for multi-layer film for automotive related
(4)Precision die cut for plastic thick film (Thickness : 2mm)

Applicable Material
Available materials for cutting are applied for various kinds such as PET film/ Metal
foil with Cupper, Aluminum, etc./ Cushion for Poron/ Strong or weak adhesive tape/
Conductive cloth/ Reflection sheet/ Polarization film/ PP/ PC/ Silicon rubber sheet/
Aramid textile/ Carbon textile/ etc.

Production and Accuracy
We make process design based on our customers' sketches, process proper cutters and all materials for die base such as plywood, acryl panel and so on by our original know how and technology.
We carefully manufacture precision die cut by collaboration of up-date advanced equipment and professional skill under our understanding to material property.
As for product accuracy, tolerance of the bevels is capable for less 50micron and the corner (R) for min.0.2mm. Also, large-sized optical film as base size 150/150cm can be done.

Quality Control
We acquired certificate for ISO 9001 in 2008.
We strictly check product quality by national standard apparatuses (Untouched
3D Vision, AO size scanner) based on ISO 9001 and provide only good products to our customers.
