Our company has been renamed as Muyang Steel Structure International and will execute the AISC and CE certifications for steel structure in 2012. The AISC process has already begun. Muyang Group and MSSI are now running SAP/ERP and web-based project management software.Due to the shop refit, our factory will be in limited production until March, 2012, but we are aggressively seeking cooperation for the new calendar year. Our marketing and sales staff can provide consulting and quotations for your projects and also travel internationally to meet with our clients.Quality Control is the name of the game for MSSI and we offer full manufacturing record books. The record books include a variety of approved documentation, such as ITP (Quality Plan), Mill Test Certificates, Coupon Test Reports, Material Traceability, Dimension Checks, Internal Auditing, NDT/NDE, NCR Logs, Painting Environment, and any other required documents. The project management side will provide Progress Reports, Supplier Deviation Requests (SDR�âïÿýïÿýs), Timeline, and Gantt Charts reflect the current status and planning of all phases of the production.Our fabrication capacity will exceed 3, 000 tons per month serving petrochemical, power, mining & metal, oil & gas, agriculture, and industrial manufacturing industries. Muyang Steel Structure Division is certified ISO: 9000 2008 for Design, Manufacture, Fabrication, and Installation of Steel Structures, turn-key projects, and After-Sales Service. Muyang is a certified Grade 1 Structural Steel Fabricator, and Grade 2 Integrated Engineering & Design Company. The AISC endorsements will be the Standard for Steel Building Structures, with Fracture Critical and Sophisticated Paint Coating Endorsement.Detailing: 2000 tons in-house, 5000mt totalDetailing Software: AutoCAD, Tekla (X-Steel), PKPM CAD.Structural Design & Engineering: 8, 000mt per month.Engineering Software: (AutoCAD, SAP2000, CSI ETABS, TEKLA, MIDAS GEN, ANSYS, 3D3S.)Muyang complies with any international standards of fabrication and welding, including AISC, AWS D1.1, BS, EN, DIN, JIS, IS, AU/NZ and others.
