MUTEKS PROFILE ;Our company MUTEKS is showing progress in Denizli the central of textile in Turkey.We are producing knitted fabric and confectioned products. With the different type of circular knitting machines we have we are producing single jersey, elasthan jersey, interlock jersey, velour, polar, terry and jacquard terry fabrics. With the fabrics we produce we are producing products for Home Textile, Hotel Textile, Hospital Textile & Baby Textile articles.HOME TEXTILE GROUPDuvet cover, pillow case, fitted sheet, bed cover and binded sheets are produced.The fabric used is single jersey, elasthan jersey, interlock jersey, velour and terry. We can do production with yarn numbers startting from Ne 20/1 to 60/1, % 100 cott, % 50 cott / % 50 poly and % 100 micro fibre yarns can be used.HOSPITAL TEXTILE GROUPPu laminated fitted sheet, ABSO, fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillow cases are produced. Hospital textile products are produced under high technology therefore Pu laminated fitted sheets are breathable and waterproof which is healthy for the skin.BABY TEXTILE GROUPDuvet cover, fitted sheet, pillow case, bumper, bathrobe, square bathrobe and washing glove set, bibs and sleeping bags are produced.We are in advantage when you compare with other companies because the knitting and confection is done in our own factory. Therefore we can act very fast and send shipments in 2 to 3 weeks by looking at our programme. We can do standard products at high quality because knitting and confection is done by us and we gaurantee to give the same quality as first shipment and for the shipments to come and never make our customers live suprises at all because quality and production is under our control at every step, like this if a problem occurs we can solve it immediately. We do tests frequently on the dyed fabric for shrinkage, twisting ect��.. after the test results are okey we then cut the material. During the cutting process if there is any faults we take it and put it a side. The confection is done with high quality machines therefore the fault percentage is very low. All of the goods go through quality control again before the articles are packed for shipment. For our company quality is very important but next to it we think that packaging is very important as well, we think that a well packed article has a better chance to sell than the other articles therefore we pay attention to the packaging of the articles as well and purpose the best packaging style for the article which is going to be sold.% 100 of our production is exported to European countries .Our company which producers high quality fabric and articles is always at your service .Please do not hessitate to contact me for futher information.
