Specialized in hot steel forgings, MSK Steel Forging Ltd has been supplying to many industries like automotive, military equipment, machine industries both in Turkey and overseas. The company?s annual production capacity is 7 000 tons. The production facilities of the Company in Bursa which are built on 22 000 sqm area , cover 6 000 sqm closed area. They are equipped with modern screw presses, forging hammers, drop hammers and eccentric presses to produce close- tolerance forged parts with a weight range of 0.3 kg . to 17 kg., supplied in plain carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel.Depending on the customers? orders, MSK Steel Forging Ltd. also provides secondary machining with CNC machines and delivers as finished parts ready to assemble. The Company?s tool making shop equipped with modern technology machines such as CNC machining center and wire EDM, is capable of designing and manufacturing various types of dies in-house . In the design process CAD/CAM is utilized. Our Quality Management System has attained ISO 9001: 2000 Certificate by RW TUV CERT. MSK Steel Forging?s success is based on consistently high level of quality in work, delivery on time.
