Company Description

We have been supplying concealed hinges, dampers and various kitchen accessories to the Korean Market since we first established in 1989 as a manufacture, importer and distributor.

As a result of best efforts to provide good quality products with a reasonable price to the market for the last decades, we became not only a market leader but also a good reputation company in this field.

The new leap for overseas market has taken by launching Soft-close items for furniture industry in 2004. Our man exporting items are Door Damper, Side Damper and Hinge Damper for kitchen furniture and customized dampeners for hardware manufacturers in Europe. The Market of the customized dampener has been fast growing since 2005 and now a sales volume of this item is much bigger than a ready-made dampener market.

We have been taking a good business relationship for these items with 40 companies in 23 countries all around the world. The world famous companies such as FERRARI spa, Formenti & Giovenzana S.P.A., in Italy, HETTICH International in Germany, Grass America in the U.S.A, Sugatsune Kogyo Co., in Japan and TITUS.LAMA. in England have been involving in our damper business since 2003.

As a consequence of successful business, Moonju was awarded '5 million US Dollars Export Prize' by Korea International Trade Association (KITA) on the 47rd Annual Trade in 2010. And it's marketing strategy; as a good example of a company exporting specialized items, has been introduced in domestic furniture magazines called by Monthly Furniture Journal and The Living in 2010.

As mentioned above, our products are highly accepted in Germany, Italy, Russia, Hong Kong, Japan, Canada, USA etc and we are enjoying goo reputation with high quality and reasonable prices.

Putting a quality as top priority, all items in the Damping System were applied to European patent and Quality Certificate by LGA QualiTest GmbH which gurantees 80,000 cycles and no change of its performances with climate from -20C to 60C.

Moreover developing and manufacturing soft-close items, know-how for damping system are applied to customized dampers for drawers, under-rails, various brands of hinges and so on.

In Interzum 2007 held in Germany, Moonju had promoted 3 kinds of soft-close solutions-Door damper, Hinge damper and Side damper. They had been shown latest technology and trend of soft-close products during the fair.
