MI Semiconductor has also developed and introduced to the market the MIS Deprocessor, a multi-layer etching equipment which allows for more precise mold etching and delaminating work on the wafer.And, MIS Wet Etch and Mill Etch were launched as distribution models of MIS Auto Decaper.
