All shares are subscribed and paid up. As of December 1995, its corporate assets have totaled PhP 41M. It has 60% share holding [capitalized at PhP 49.5M] in MAPECON Green Charcoal Philippines, Inc. [MGCPI], a subsidiary company. Since MAPECON produces not only pesticides but also Green Charcoal [GC] and Activated  Carbon [AC], its corporate name was changed to MAPECON Philippines, Inc. in 1996.
