In addition to sourcing specialty products,MANISH INTERNATIONAL work DIRECTLY with producers/suppliers of Urea, DAP, Sugar,Feed Barley Yellow Corn #2 & 3, Corn Starch, Corn Gluten Meal, Corn Oil, Corn Bran / Pellet, Corn Germ / Pellet, Soybean seeds /meals, Rice and wheat commodities. We represent large commodities conglomerates both in the United States and Latin American countries - (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, etc).
Our duty as their Trustee /Broker is to provide client's (buyer's) legitimate LOIs and bank endorsed BCLs, to our principal suppliers and to explain procedures to customers /buyers from around the world in simple terms, issue 'soft quotes' and make sure that ONLY the proper clear and clean concrete package of buyer's documents are presented to them to process promptly and efficiently.
Supply, delivery, proof of product, Performance Bonds, contracts and payment instruments are only provided to you directly from our large USA and South American based multinationals whose sales in these products is 1998 is in the excess of U$15 Billion. These companies either already own the products or have bought next years crop production, control, own or manage the refineries or are already in contract with local growers of these products.
In retrospect, we can safely say that you have nothing to worry about from our side as our attention is more focused on finding the real buyers &
sellers that can provide the proper documents (LOI and bank endorsed BCL /ICPO) to initiate issuance of FCO. Drafts of these two documents are attached and further clarifications available at any time upon request.
Final confirmations of price, payment terms, product origin, availability & commissions can only be decided at the time of receiving these proper documents as these factors are constantly changing in the world market.
