Our products are also exported to many countries in Europe, Middle East and Asia.Dedicated to on-going research in materials and processes, we aim to build market-leading products designed to meet our customers' needs.PANEL RADIATOR AND TOWEL HEATER PLANTThe factory is completely dedicated to the manufacturing of steel panel radiator and towel heater in two automatic assembly lines. In total, the plant has a production capacity of 1. 000. 000 / units per annum.All operations from raw material purchasing to powder coating, packaging and palletization are in line with ISO 9001: 2000 (Quality Management) , ISO 14001 (Environmental) , OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety) and CE standarts.Production ProcessAfter special steel sheets are formed by the latest technology, each plate is welded at the full automatic welding line and then each radiator is tested individually. After quality tests, the radiators are painted with epoxy powder painting against corrosion and strokes.The towel heaters are coated with crome or painted with various colors.Each MAKTEK Panel radiator and towel heater delivers safe and efficient heating by the application of strict quality control systems at every step of the production.Statistical Controlling and Barcode system enables an efficient back tracing of each radiator loaded from the warehouse.
