MACTEC Cleanup Corporation was built with over 30 years of construction cleanup experience, specializing also in other fields as grading, erosion control and recycling.
Our goal is to surpass your expectations and provide you with the maximum service experience.
Currently, we are one of the largest construction cleanup companies in Southern California employing approximately 250 employees. We have dependable vehicles, skilled manpower and reliable equipment (bobcats, roll off bins, power washing machines, loaders and more) to service your needs. Our construction cleanup services consist of Demolition, Land Clearing, Rough Clean, Finish Clean, Move-In Clean, Rough, Finish Grading and Erosion Control.
Our facility spans over 30 acres, located in the City of Riverside. We are involved in a source-separated recycling program that meets the needs of our clients, recycling requirements of municipalities and State regulations pursuant to environmental Assembly Bill AB939. We currently have two C & D station locations. Utilizing this reporting system you can get your green building credits through this program.
To reduce these costs we purchased a Patterson Pacific tub grinder to process lumber. The lumber material is processed through this machine to produce mulch, which in turn is taken to a co-generation plant, Colmac Energy Plant, in Coachella Valley in the county of Riverside were it is used for energy. The larger part of the lumber is used to make recycled lumber products.
We estimate that we are recycling 90 percent of C & D materials that are source separated for processing. The remaining 10 percent are taken to the landfill.
In the years we have also expanded our services to erosion control, grinding, citrus grinding and demolition of any sort. We service the areas of San Bernardino County Riverside County, Coachella Valley, Orange County and Los Angeles County.
