The building area for the first phase is about 4500 square meters and the initial monthly productivity is about 60-80 tons. We can make precision foundry products from stainless steel, carbonic steel, alloy steel, non-ferrous steel, etc. At present, we can do various products , referring to auto parts, mechanical components, pump valve parts, building hardware, petrochemical industry, cooker accessory, bath accessory, medical instrument accessory and sports equipment accessory. The materials include 201, 202, 303, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 430, 440, 2205, 17-4PH, 1008, 1020, 20NiCrMo, 42CrMo4 and non-magnetic stainless steel. We also have various inspection facilities which scan do micro organ and mechanics test. Our company has unitized equipment for mechanical processing, electrolysis polishing and heat treatment.
