Our company established a sales department in 1999,we began to produce brake discs and drums from 2006,there are more than 1,000 varieties of discs and drums available for America, European and other aftermarket. Our yearly production capacity is 2 million pieces; the casting capability of foundry is 9,000 tons. The mainly casting equipments for production is a domestic automatic molding line, there are five sets of 1T/H and 0.5T/H electric furnace, the mainly processing equipments including more than 30 sets machining equipments and drilling machines. There are instrument of bath analysis, infrared carbon sulfur analyzer, silicon manganese and phosphorus automatic analysis instrument and automatic balancing machine. The physics test, chemistry analysis, metallographic analysis test can keep the quality of discs and drums being in the advanced level in China.
