As a wholesaler/exporter of semiconductor equipment and service, KS Tech has been providing quality products and service to customers worldwide. On September 1, 2000, KS Tech expanded with a system manufacturing facility (about 3,000 sq. feet) in Kyunggi-Do,Korea. Even though its' history is not long enough to be recognized by many people, its' mission has already been proved by soe customers. KS Tech is a very young a enthusiastic company. It is a innovative based organization with highly experienced engineers. We have a variety of experiences in the semiconductor industry, but especially focus in the photoresist processing area.
