This is an enterprise with main activities on WEEE (electric and electronics waste) recycling and used plastic materials recycling/handling for reuse as material. Plastics handling means sorting of shredded materials by type. Final fractions after sorting are ready to use for regranulating. Sorting by type (PS, PP, PE, PA, etc.) is very important because mixing of different plastic types makes regranulating impossible. For first step of project they did by a plastic sorting machine which allows to sort out any kind of plastic type and also clean from metal parts. For output of first stage They are looking end users for clean sorted flake (flake=regrind) materials. Size of flakes is approximately 6-50 mm. Users are mainly plastic regranulating companies and also in smaller amounts this is applicable directly for extrusion production.They are planning also to start with second stage, where they will able to offer regranulated materials for companies using extrusion technology. Regranulated materials they will start to offer from 2014.
