Our products meet with consumer safety, international norms and standards, of UL or ETL or VDE or BS electrical standards, and FCC or CE radiation emission requirements. We have our own inspection and Q. C. (quality control) team from Hong Kong.

Quality Standard: Our products are made in international military standards A. Q. L. (Acceptable Quality Levels) of 2.5% major and 4% minor. Experienced importers will take this into their marketing planning. We do not provide after sales service or spare parts. However buyers may buy spare parts from us at cost and we shall provide service manuals for their service departments.
