Company Description
�Sanitex� was established on 1992 in Lithuania as an exclusive distributor of three large international companies - �Procter&Gamble�, �Masterfoods� and �Kellogg�s�. These companies obtained a full package of services starting from importing and custom procedures to sales and merchandising services in the whole country through �Sanitex� seven branches. In 1997 was opened the first �Cash & Carry� shop. Shortly after followed 7 more �Cash & Carry� shops in the main regional centers of Lithuania.In 1998 �Sanitex� started direct sales to �HoReCa� and other non-retail customers. In the year 2000 company reorganized itself into a provider of services, heading to offer a full package of services: distribution, logistics, marketing and etc. for business customers. The same year Sanitex started active sales in alcohol business. In September 2001 was established a new distribution division for fresh products (dairy products, milk, bread, eggs & etc.). Later the same year was opened a new and modern central warehouse (19 500 m2).Company Information
