Jiyuan Huaxin Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. is a professional enterprise specified in petroleum drilling equipments manufacturing and exporting, which lies in Jiyuan, Henan, P.R. China. It has its own research and development group, modern workshop and the large-scale high-precision processing equipments. Since it was established, with abundant technical force, sound management system and advanced production technology, it has been one integrated entity which includes designing, manufacturing, installation, after sales services. Our company occupies 15,000 square meters, which includes a 10,000-square-meter workshop and a 1500-square-meter office building. The main equipment includes: T2130 and T2140 deep hole drilling boring machine, 18 meters deep hole drilling boring machine, 4000T Oil Press, large gantry milling machine, CW61125 heavy lathe, vertical, horizontal deep hole honing machine, cylindrical grinder, significant horizontal Boring Machine, general lathe and various vertical, horizontal, universal milling machines and other mechanical processing equipment. And also we have enough heat treatment equipments, like six meters Pit Stoves, three meters Pit Furnace.We have more than 150 staff, including 20 college or above degree owners, 10 of whom are undergraduates; and 15 technical staffs, 9 of whom are senior technicians. In order to better meet the production requirements, technical department is divided into two groups, product engineering group (PE group) and product development group (PD group). PE group is responsible for production process improvement and optimization, while product development group is responsible for developing new products for the need of market. And we have our technical personnel regularly trained to ensure the technical support.We produce over 2000 pieces of oil drilling tools a year, which are mainly sold to oilfields in China, and exported to North and South America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and etc.
