With 50 skilled workers, Jiten has the ability to do LED encapsulation, owns most of the housing moulds, invest in designing driver to match the LED chips, but most of the spare parts were done by our cooperated partners. To the endeavor of the whole working partners, Jiten is improving, and the product quality is getting more stable than ever. 99% of the products are exporting to overseas market, main markets are: Asia, Europe, North America, Australia and South Africa. In order to meet customer's request, Jiten has obtained certificates like CE, ROHS and SAA, power cable is VDE certified. To ensure the product quality, Jiten follows very strict quality procedure IQC-IPQC-FQC-OQC. In order to control the quality better, Jiten has the integrating sphere testing equipment to test the performance of the light, can provide the detailed IES testing result, at least 8 hours age test before shipment, guarantees all the products shipped out are 100% qualified. Product warranty: Jiten offers 2-3 years warranty. Deliver time: for sample order, lead time is between 3-10 days, formal order lead time is normally 10-25 days.
