A system of pre-inspection report is adopted. Stores meant for dispatch after inspection and tests are suitable packed to avoid any damage of deterioration during transit. Customer complaints are suitably analyzed. In case the purchaser is not satisfied with the quality of goods due to any reason, the same will be replaced free of cost.
