All costs associated with US Port of Entry including, but not limited to US Customs and Homeland Security requirements and port services including, but not limited to, transfer and storage to buyer?s facilities to receive shipment will be to the buyer?s account. Any costs of interruptions to US Port of Entry operations, including but not limited to, weather, labor, and acts of violence, or any other delays will be for the buyer?s account.Buyer assumes full responsibility for shipment and all costs when shipment clears Customs
