Iskar Construction Company Incorporation is a family owned company established by Mr. Abdullah Islamoglu & Brothers in 1989 by basing in Istanbul to deal as a civil contractor in construction field. The Company since established has undertaken and executed so many infrastructure and Building Projects in a competitive local market conditions which were tendered either by State Organisations or Private sector Entrepreneurs in Turkey. Iskar has met successfully the quality and timing requirements of clients in all undertaken projects.
Company during the execution of nineteen years of activities paid great attention to hold Good Human Relations, Legality, Ethic rules and Environmental Friendly behaviours as top four of company priority list. As result of these good company humours now Iskar is heading to continue construction activities through the correct lines of business world with grooving magnetite of enthusiasm which enforced by having joined the owner partners children to collaborate with the management team of the company.
Currently Iskar is providing Engineering and Construction Contracting services in infrastructure as Water Supply and Distribution network, Sewerage network, Natural Gas Distribution network, Site planning and Planting, and in upper structure concentrated in to turn-key construction of Multi Story Housing Buildings and Apartment Block Units and their Affiliated Social Supportive Structures.
And the new Business targets to be involved in the Year 2008 are;
Keen to involve in construction business of Reinforced and / or Steel structured engineering know how involved projects in local or in international markets, either alone or by taking place in Joint Ventures. Either for a brand new construction or refurbishment of sizeable structures by involving in designing organization works as well as construction works on turn-key basis.
Logistic and Supply of construction goods form Local and / or International sources and their Import and Export works.
Providing Construction plant and equipment from local and International sources, Purchase, Sell, import and export works.
Consequentially collaborate with local and international companies and groups, if necessary set up new independent companies suiting for purpose.
