INSTMANFIELD, S.A. is a Spanish company that produces steam generators, thermal fluid generators and pressure vessels that operate with liquid, gas and solid fuels (biomass)- Steam generators: fire tube and mono tube with capacity from 100kg/h to 40.000kg/h. - Thermal fluid generators: fire tube and mono tube with capacity up to 2.000.000kg/h- Hot water generator: fire tube and water tube; less than 110 degrees. - Overheated water generators: fire tube and mono tube; from 110 degrees. Our teamwork provides advice about the most suitable equipment according to the requirements of each installation, guaranteeing a personalized and highly-qualified service. Equipped with leading edge technology, we have our own engineering for the design and manufacture of thermal energies production systems.As a company that supports the energetic efficiency, our personnel recommend the most adequate accessories for each generator to operate at maximum efficiency. Some examples are: air pre-heaters, exchangers, water treatment systems, capacitors and regulators. Furthermore, we install economizers that allow a reduction of fuel consumption up to 5%; we have the steam generator by biomass and the heat recovery for the gas boilers. We offer an after-sales service that guarantees the supply and making of any kind of maintenance and cleaning, as well as a periodic inspection service for pressure vessels in accordance with existing regulations. The material stocked in our workshop assures that we always have available spare parts. All our pressure equipment is manufactured according to the standing rules of boilers and pressure vessels (R.D.769/1999 of application of the Council (97/23/EC) and the European Directive) and it is supplied with all the required documentation. Our generators are considered of indirect surveillance (24, 48 and 72hours) according to ITC-EPS from the R.D. 2060/2008.
