HuaYou Steel Pipe Co., Ltd being located in Caigongzhuang Industry Zone, Jinghai Town, Tianjin, China covering an area of 68, 900 m2, is with total assets of RMB101 millions. We Specialized in producing Sprial Welded Steel Pipe(SSAW) with annual production capacity of 600, 000 tons. There are 600 skilled workers and 49 senior administrator in our factory. Our company now has 5 production lines with size range from 219mm-3000mm and wall thickness from 4mm-25.4mm� we have non-destructive testing machines to guarantee the quality of our product including: X-RAY testing machine; 2000T hydrostatic testing machine; Automatic UT continuous testing machine etc. We also have a whole set of complete Lab testing instrument for testing chemical compostion and mechanical properties of the material and finished product. These instrument includes Metallographic microscope, Universal tester, DWT tester, CVN impact tester, Hardness tester etc. We can also do all kinds of anti-corrosion pipes, such as: PE;PP; FBE; Epoxy resin coating, Cement mortar lining etc. HuaYou has been certified by many national and international certification authorities. we can produce pipes as per National and International standards including: API 5L PSL1 & PSL2; EN10217;EN10219; ASTM A252; GB/T 9711.1; GB/T 9711.2; Quality is the hallmark of all Huayou�s products. In our products, quality control starts from the steel plates used. All plates supplied to us must be accompanied by mill test certificates indicating the chemical and mechanical properties of the plates; these are further verified by us. In the actual manufacture, Huayou employs skilled personnel at each working position to ensure pipes produced are equal or higher than standard�s requirement. Clients are welcomed to appoint their own inspectors and full co-operation will be given to assist such inspectors in performing their job.
