The factory also has its own R & D department, mold developing department, plastic injection plant, press room, oil spray, silk screen and pad printing plant, assembling plant, QA and QC department etc. The total workshop area is around 8000 square meters. Most of the machines and equipments are automatic, so it has only about 230 workers.
