HILLIGHT Auto Workshop Sdn. Bhd (formally known as Syarikat Hillight Auto repairer) wasestablished in 1972. Originally located at Jelutong and the scope of business then was as ageneral auto repairer which comprised body works (panel beating), body refinishing (spraypainting) and engine works (both mechanical & electrical service and repairs).Our new location is now at Batu Maung, near to the Penang International airport, occupying20, 000 sq.ft in a light Industrial area lot. There is a built up area of at least 10, 000 sq, ftconsisting of an office building and a covered steel structured workshop. All necessaryutilities like electrical power, lighting, sanitary requirements, telecommunications facilitiesand other modern layouts are installed.Initially our business portfolios are on a cash basis and some on credit with privatecompanies & corporations. Though we are registered as a PIAM authorized workshop , therewas no emphasis to enlarge business in that direction.
