In general, there are three categories of universal joints per appearance and function: Single, Double and Extension. According to the inside construction design, the universal joints can also be classified as below, PB(Plain bearing universal joints ), PR(Plain bearing with bushing universal joints ), NB( Needle bearing universal joints ) and CN(Cross bearing universal joints, steering universal joints).
