Green Mark Industrial Sdn Bhd. was incorporated in year 2001, we operate this recycling service since 2001, in Malaysia and moved to China in 2003. we are specialized in Integrated Circuit (IC) Trays Recycling & Washing, and recently we have obtained ISO 9001 : 2008 certificate in July 2010. We provide a range of services in trading, handling, treatment and recycling of these recycled products. We are major company that in position to buying and collecting in bulk quantity, sort, inspect, cleaning and quality control on these trays for reused by buyer, as well as re-grind material of fiber and carbon for compound industry.With focused emphasis on quality, services and JIT delivery, we were becoming a specialist in packing products for the semiconductor and electronic industries. We’re also dealing with some of the major MNCs such as ASE, SPIL, UMT, ChipMos, NEC, ST, Amkor and etc. Currently, we have 3 units wash machine line, with the DI water using the aqueous cleaner and have to be completely dried after the process. Each of it has a capacity of producing 20,000 pieces per line. After the cleaning process, those IC trays are vetted through 100% manually by using the Go-No-Go and Visual Inspection Specification in order to ensure and obtain highest quality recycled IC trays.
