Goton is a jointly Chinese and British owned company started in 2007, specializing in infrared heating systems,including infrared panel heaters,clothes dryers,infrared sauna room,infrared foot sauna and kinds of wall clock and table clock. All the management are young and energetic people with age from 25 to 35 years,  open to any novel items and concept, and ready to change ourselves to keep up with  and then lead the infrared heating industry.  We have a whole strict manage system to make sure everything is going correctly, include design, production, quality control, sale and shipping.What we provide?1. Diversified far infrared products and models.The products we deal with currently are far infrared panel heater, far infrared sauna room and sauna cabin, and far infrared foot sauna. 2. Low MOQ.We have warehouses in main states, so clients can even order just one piece. 3. Powerful quality control3+1 QC system, include IQC, IPQC, FQC and AQC.AQC is our ingenious special inspection, we call it inspection to inspectors. This team will randomly check the quality any time, if any faulty items founded, the workers and inspectors in charge will be punished immediately. 4. Return policyIf clients don’t like the items they ordered or any quality problems, they can return to our local warehouses.  5. Fast responseAs per our policy, all clients’ enquire and issue must be replied within 1 hour during working time. Or else there will be bonus reduced punished. 6. OEM and ODM serviceWe have our own design & technology development team and our own factories.Have the capacity to design and manufacture the items clients want. What’s our aim?We are not the biggest one in this industry, and we know there are still some gaps compared with Europe suppliers, but we have enough confidence to provide the best infrared heating products and services. End user experience is the most important thing we focus on all the time. No any product would make success without principle based on the real demand from users. Business can not grow big and go further without local clients’ support.So the second thing we care about is that whether our clients can get benefit if they sell our products?  And what we can do for them? Our final goal is to create a world famous far infrared heating brand, to let people know we Chinese can also make very good quality product!
