The process of obtaining the paella is exactly as cooked at any home, bar, restaurant in Valencia, in other words we actually cook for you and pack the meal served directly from our paella pans. All ingredients are obtained locally, we do not stock at all, if not cook your order freshly every time.Our formats cover two main sectors in the food business, the retail and horeca channels since our Foodservice formats allow easy confection in restaurants, hotel and catering.We are also glad to commercialize a product that lacks of any preservatives and that enjoys of a 60 to 75 day shelf life in refrigerated ambient or 18 months in deepfreeze condition. We do also offer the possibility of supplying Private label products.
