We train young people to form business interest that the company develop as subsidary. We have a horticulture program to create employment in flower growing for local hotels/restaurants/and funural/religious services. This effort will allow workers to earn twice on the product they produce.! They sell the flowers and install in the vases and 3 days later bring fresh flowers and recycle the used ones for ikibana floral arrangements.
