The predecessor of Foshan XG-TRANSMISSION Machinery Co., Ltd is State-owned Xingguanggong Mold Factory, a state-owned military industrial enterprise established in 1965. It completed reform in 2002. Since reform, the company has developed rapidly. It took the lead in passing ISO9001 International Quality System Certificate and International Quality Credit AAA++ Certificate in 2004, and Swiss SGS Certificate in 2009.
