The First Coconut Manufacturing Inc. (FCMI) was incorporated in November 26, 2014 and is majority-owned by the First Agri Holdings Corporation (FAHC). The current principal business interests of FAHC relate to the coconut industry with FCMI and in the sugar industry through Roxas Holdings, Inc. ("RHI"), the largest integrated sugar business in the country. It is affiliated with The First Pacific Group which has majority interest in PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk ("Indofood"), the largest vertically integrated food company in Indonesia. First Coconut Manufacturing Inc. is now the operator of a coconut milling and refining plant located in Davao that has over 60years of operational experience.
