Clients required to sign undertaking not to remove the cash from their account or encumber it and return it automatically at end of period unless paying for extensions.DOCUMENTARY LETTER OF CREDITProvider can issue DLC as payment for shipping (subject to Bill of Lading etc). Client must evidence ability to pay full amount when payable in 30, 60 or 90 days.3RD PARTY SBLC / BGClients seeking to acquire BGs / SBLCs for 3rd parties (client will not be beneficiary) required to provide trading histories and prove creditworthiness to provider's appointed credit risk insurers.FEESNo upfront fees are required but clients must be able to pay fees as provider never works with those pursuing leverage deals via conditionals such as ICBPO or MT103/23.PROCEDURESNot all transactions are the same so procedures will vary.
