FAW (Sichuan) do service for army and CAAC and China Petrol and Sanitary government with various special trucks science 1962. FAW (Sichuan) always keep leading position in technology and the products' quality was approved by customers.
Growing up with China national defense, FAW (Sichuan) supplied special devices for China first nuclear weapon maneuvers and satellite launching and Shenzhou spaceship. FAW(Sichuan) designed and manufactured more than 80 kinds of special trucks including chemical defense vehicle and camouflage color vehicle and aircraft reseller and oil tanker,occupying an important position in China defense. In 2010 our shelter vehicle won No.1 in military shelter tender.
The company invested over USD 57 million for a production base in Economic Development Zone of Chengdu in 2008. The base covers an area of 50,000 Square Meters, has two modern production workshop reached the international advanced level according to the latest process design, including pre-treatment, catholic electrophoresis, spraying production line, the tank production lines, automotive performance testing room, the German CNC plasma flame cutting machine, Italy CNC four-roll bending machine, shear flanging machines, automatic vertical welding and many other high-end production equipment, Greatly enhance the company's production capacity, technological level and product quality, long-term development for the company to lay a solid foundation.
