The manufacturing company F.A.OR SpA (Fabbrica Aretina OReficeria) was established in 1978 and has it?s headquarters & main production in Arezzo, Italy and also has a satellite office in Bassano Del Grappa. The company owners are Mr. Daniele Camaiani & Mr. Claudio Gadani, both skilled technicians who had several years background experience in the precious metal manufacturing industry before deciding to set up and run F.A.OR, specialising in high quality chain findings. Within the first few years the company saw considerable growth and encouragement to expand, and within 10 years the product range had tripled and employee numbers went from 15 to around 40. This trend continues today with a more extensive range of quality semi-finished items, with employee level currently at 85 and a new 4,000 square metre factory which was inaugurated in March 2003. In July 2002 F.A.OR was awarded the ISO 9002 certificate, the first manufacturing company to receive this certificate for precious metal findings. At that time there was only one sales & marketing representative for F.A.OR, however soon after this and in line with continued demand and further growth, offices were established in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Sao Paulo, Brazil, and three more representatives were added to the sales team, each one being assigned designated countries in relation to their previous experience and language skills.
