We are interested in obtaining an offer for immediate delivery of Fresh Normal white Garlic in accordance with the following Specs & requirements: a) Product: Normal white Garlic (minimum 5.5 cm). b) Quantity : 50 - 55 Metric Tons in 2 x 40' full referigrated containers loads. c) Packing: 4 KG mosquito mesh bags. d) Delivery destination and incoterm: CIF - AQABA seaport / Jordan. e) Container must be sealed refrigirator set to temperature 0 to -2 degree celcius. f) Payment currency : U.S. Dollars. g) Payment Terms: D/P at sight (CAD). h) Partial shipment : Not Allowed. Kindly inform us on the above as well as the followings: 1- Availability and shortest fixed delivery time of the shipment. 2- Approx. time of Harvest. Note: In case of order the following documents are to be provided by the supplier: 1- Original commercial invoice & the certificate of origin must be stamped & signed by the chamber of commerce of the vendor country. 2- Certificate of origin must be stamped & signed by the chamber of commerce of the vendor country. 3- Packing List.4- Original B/L5- Non-Negotiable B/L.6- Insurance Policy.7- Phytosanitary Certificate & Gas treatment.
