En-Door Polymer Additives Co. Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of CPVC compound in China. We also supply CPVC hot and cold water pipes and fittings for plumbing system to customers.

Backed by rich chemical experience since 1987, and to meet the growing demand of global CPVC market, "En-Door Polymer Industry Co., Ltd " is found in researching, developing and manufacturing of CPVC Products.Currently our production capacity of CPVC compound has reached 10,000 tons per year. These compounds produce customized manufactured CPVC pipe systems for cold and hot water from 1/2" to 2" CTS.

We can provide "One-stop service, Total solution" to customers, including CPVC resin, CPVC compound, CPVC pipes and fittings, machineries and moulds and production technology for CPVC piping systems.

We have built a demonstration center in Shanghai in 2013 where we demonstrate the whole production process to display how our production line and raw materials are well matched to optimize the quality of finished products. We also provide training service for visiting technicians until they have completely mastered production techniques. There we have CPVC pipe extrusion lines,fittinginjection lines, inspection equipments and other auxiliary facilities.

We worked closely with Wuhan Instituteof Technology and specialists from USA. En-Door has combined improved resins with state-of-the-art compounding technology to produce a family of compounds by En-Door's own formula.

Our machines are equipped with remote assistance software system which were designed by TsingHua University, that enables us to provide timely in-process quality control (IPQC) and trouble shooting for clients throughout production.
