Emco Electronics is also a Govt. of India recognized R&D center. EMCO Electronics was purchased by Mr. Damodardas Gandhi as a small mechanical workshop from an Australian gentleman named Mr. Ernst Murray from whom the brand name EMCO has been derived (Ernst Murray & Co.). This was in 1947 when independence had dawned in India which in it’s wake led to India’s industrialization. EMCO ELECTRONICS was founded as an offshoot of EMCO and established in 1973 initially as an R&D outfit and progressively grew into a full-fledged manufacturing & marketing organisation. EMCO Electronics is a professionally managed company and is well equipped with manufacturing and test and measurement equipment as well as highly trained & well experienced workforce of 50+ engineers and technicians. EMCO Electronics products are appreciated in terms of quality & reliability across the country & abroad by Transformer manufacturers, Electricity Boards and Utility Services over many years.
