Electronic Associates (Taiwan) ltd is a Taiwan based company establish in 1973. Our main activity is based on supplying special parts to high technology companies, low production / cost and complete products, based on our knowledge of quality manufactures.

PRECISION TURNING AND CNC MACHINING SERVICES

1. We offer complete services: design advice, prototypes and low or high volume production.

2. 24-hour production ensures that we offer flexible services.

3. We will offer almost any material you require. Our main materials are in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum. We also cater for more exotic materials including plastics and composites.

4. Our multi-axis sliding head machines are sophisticated enough to produce complex milled & turned components with close tolerance and high precision. Combined with long bar feeding magazines, we are capable of supplying high-volume mill/turned parts quickly.

5. We carry out CNC milling to make turned parts in one hit. Milling services are applicable to our turning services, including slotting, edge rounding, slopes, thread milling and facing.

6. We offer specialist internal & external thread cutting to satisfy your requirements, including left or right hand and multi start threads using radial, flank and modified flank techniques when required.

7. We bore all kinds of internal steps, grooves, undercuts, ridges and gradients to follow customer specifications.

8. We can carry out hexagonal, square, triangular and torx broaching as well as specialist broaching of asymmetric shapes and slots to follow customer specifications.

9. We have a wide range of pressure and cut knurling tools for straight, diagonal or diamond patterns with soft and hard materials.
