Dearâ¦..,We have the big pleasure to present you our activity:Presentation:The idea of creation of ECOPNEU has for origin the will of diversification of the activities of our group JOMAA and CO. Up to here, tires raised a real environmental problem for Tunisia and no other industrials proceeds to the recovery of this waste, their recycling became a full industry in several countries of the world, because components characterizing tires constitute henceforth important sources of raw materials, useful for diverse industries and for the manufacturing of multiple products. The technology used in our project is a process consisted of a system of classic grinding and of a system of micronisation.The grinding: amounts to cut tires by crushers and granulators which reduce tires to aggregates and powder of various dimensions and by separating the rubber of the steel and the textile, which represent about 40 %.The micronisation: the output of granulators by means of a physic-chemical operation realized in a called machine consists in making finer. This technique is an evolution in the activity of recycling of tires, which arrange that some industrialists in the world. She allows, finally, obtaining a very fine and very appropriate powder.The product: Aggregate of SBR⤠0, 5mm: This crumb is the smallest in our assortment. They are 99, 9 % free of steel and textile. We supply them as compounds of the soles of shoe, tiles, rollers and pipes⦠Aggregate of SBR 0, 5 - 2, 2mm: These granules are mainly used as material(subject) of filling for the artificial lawn. They are 99, 9% free of steel and textile. They are also used in the industry of asphalt and as a raw material to make several products ⦠Aggregate SBR 2, 2 - 3, 5 mm: these granules are mainly used as material(subject) to make the rubber tiles(blows). They are 99, 9 % free of steel and textile(textile industry). We deliver them to the companies which make tiles, floors, products anti-shock and sports floors ⦠Powder SBR⤠0, 42mm: this powder is used in several industrial applications. It is 100 % free of steel and textile. Itâs used in the car industry and as a raw material to make rubber technical partsâ¦
