Earthrise Spirulina begins in our 108-acre, all-natural eco-production farm, located in the Sonoran desert of southeastern California -far from cities, highways and airports, where the air is clean. Mineral-rich Colorado river water, which supplies seven states of the U.S. Southwest, is pumped through filtered canals into large, specially designed ponds.

The Spirulina is fed quality minerals like nitrogen, potassium, iron and essential trace elements to ensure consistently high quality, as well as clean, fresh water daily. This is mixed by 50-foot paddlewheels in each pond. The Spirulina stays 100% pure during its entire growth process - no irradiation, chemicals, pesticides herbicides are used.
