Design and Research Department
Our design/research and development teams consists of designers, CAD operators and sample makers. We are conscious that it is important to fully understand what the needs of our customers are and provide samples in a timely manner before any work commences. This is to ensure that both Tinkpac and its customers are on the same footing for demands and expectations prior to manufacturing.

Manufacturing
Our production teams are always brief of our customers expected timeline. This ensures that workers are also accountable to ensure timeline are met. Any problems and critical points regarding each particular box are also highlighted to the production team prior to the start of production. This ensure a low rejection rate with a high quality and output.

Quality Control
Our quality controls occurs throughout the entire manufacturing process and not just at the end. This multiple layer of quality checks ensures a well finished product to our clients. This department is extremely important to Tinkpac as it is important for us to make sure our customers receive products that was agreed and expected of.
