Baichang Precision Mould Fittings Co., Ltd. was found in 2005, which is an enterprise manufacturing precision mold components and integrating R&D design, manufacture as a whole. With advanced technology and techniques, high precision products and refined service, we have won good reputation and trust from customers of Europe, America, Africa , Southeast Asia, etc.


Our main products include precision guide pillar, guide bush, guide pillar sets, dowel pin, support pin,ejector pin and sleeve, mold spring, ball cage, block sets of standard and non standard hardware, plastic and silicone mold components. The tolerance of machining accuracy can be within 0.005mm, coaxiality within 0.002mm, circularity within 0.003mm, surface roughness within Ra0.04, and diameter from 1mm to 600mm can be manufactured.


Currently, Baichang has about 110 employees, including 12 administrative staffs, 7 experienced designers, 70 professional operators and 12 quality control personnel, who all have more than 5 years length of service experience. Meanwhile, Baichang has about 80 machines, some of which bought from Taiwan, Japan, including CNC machine, center-less grinder, outer grinder, precision grinding machine, high precision lathe, etc. And high-tech measurement are possessed such as 2.5 times round measuring instrument, level gauge, height gauge, hardness tester, etc. Moreover, materials are high quality 100C6 ( SUJ2) , SKD61, SKD11, SKH51.
