Design teams are drawn from one or more of the engineering divisions within the firm to suit the range of services required. All work in the project is coordinated by a Designated Project Engineer or Project Manager.

4) TENDER DOCUMENTS
DMC also specializes in preparing tender documents, including bills of quantities, specifications and conditions to various clients requirements as well as foreign funding agencies.
In addition to that firm also provide assistance in the prequalification process for tenderness for executing a particular project.

5) CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
DMC can assist clients with managing contract both prior to and after the contract been awarded. Our qualified team evaluates tenders through various rich methods to clarify any reservations client have for a time being; eventually devising mutually agreed recommendations regarding the reward of the contract.
