Projects first name was InfOcean (Information Ocean) but when project planed by Oguz Ersoz for Rumeli Group, time was June 2000.But time was to early for first Metro Ethernet project announced to others, and made spite on other companyes.Other similar companyes specialy Turkish Telecom wasn't sold yet and still it was government corporation and certainly all others anxiousted.Of course first Dahili Network's project and all sub projects blocked by government wilesly becouse Turkish Telecom not sold yet otherwise price will be decrease and all existing analog Telecom investments going to be idle.
