We're selling granulated coconut and arenga palm sugar. An organic sugar which originated form from further processing of palm trees. Well known in Indonesia, these kind of sugar would be processed again into specific products called: crystal or powder or granulated palm sugar. These kind of sugar are needed nor traditional or modern foods industries as natural-sweeteners or one of ingredients in candy or coffee industry, in Europe (especially Germany) it usually called as palm-suiker/suicker. You can use it for bread or a cup of coffee.

Granulated palm sugar made of nira, a white sap obtained by tapping the inflorescences of the palm trees. To turn it into sugar, the nira is first strained to remove dirt, then boiled until it becomes syrup. It is then poured into a mold, usually made from half the husk of a palm, and is left to harden. After it is removed from the mold, the sugar is ready to use. In making granulated palm sugar, however, the boiled nira is not simply poured into a mold. Instead, it is stirred and strained and dried so that it forms granules, and the most interesting value is, the sugar is chemically free.

Granulated palm sugar is believed to be more nutritious than sugar extracted from sugar-cane. It contains calcium, phosphor, iron, and even protein and fat, which are not present in sugar-cane. That is why palm sugar is believed to be beneficial for people suffering from calcium deficiency.

Some said "...to prevent osteoporosis you don't need to drink milk. You can just eat palm sugar. It's cheaper."
