Crow Wing Developments Incorporated (CWD) is a Manitoba-based privately controlled Canadian Corporation in the final process of delivering an integrated real estate/championship golf course development on a 300 acre site located, seventeen minutes south of Winnipeg, in Niverville, Manitoba. Fifty percent of Winnipeg is located within a thirty minute drive of this development and Niverville (population 3, 200) is the fastest growing community in Manitoba (2001 and 2006 Census).The development is a multi-phased upscale residential subdivision, Main Street commercial and recreation complex integrated within an 18-hole championship golf course amenity.Design and engineering of the residential subdivision and the golf course amenity began in 2003 and was completed in 2005. The golf course amenity is a Graham Cooke (Cooke*Carleton International) design that features a true links style course with tall fescue grasses, large undulating greens and old Scottish-styled sod-wall bunkers.Construction of the development began in the spring of 2006 and includes the residential infrastructure (phase one) and the major earthworks for both the residential subdivision and the golf course amenity. Construction of this phase was completed in 2007. The finishing of the golf course amenity (tees, greens, bunkers, fairways, drainage, irrigation, grassing etc.) continued through 2009 with the drainage/irrigation completed on the first nine holes and the finishing of the driving range and five holes completed and growing in.We are presently looking for business partners to share in this integrated real estate development.
